Total number of Old Fashioneds this year: 42 (+13.51% YoY)

I have recently started experimenting with mixing my own Old Fashioned at home. Here’s my current version:

• 6 cl Rye Whiskey
• 4 dashes aromatic bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 cocktail spoon homemade syrup
• 1 lemon peel
• 1 orange peel

I currently use Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey, Angostura Aromatic Bitters and Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6 (though I’d like to start making my own bitters soon). The syrup is 1:1 Demerara sugar.
